Ingredients
Batter:
1/2 cup of flour (firmly packed)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup of milk (room temperature)
3 eggs (room temperature)
1/4 tsp vanilla cinamon or other spice
For pan:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
For the plate:
1 lemon
1 tbsp powdered sugar garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 420 F. Put your cast iron pan inside while heating. Mix batter ingredients in blender or whisk. Once oven has reached desired temperature, carefully take cast iron pan out put butter in pan and melt and pour batter. Put pan back into oven and bake for 15 - 20 min until edges are crisp. Serve with side ingredients and BACON!
